'Swing and a Miss' is a comedy-thriller short (if you can call it that) parody spin off the classic film and novel ‘American Psycho’ built entirely in Seedance 2.5 through Higgsfield. The real reason we made it was to find out where the different models break. Sustained physical comedy is about the hardest thing you can ask a video model for: it needs two people acting against each other with real weight behind them, timing in the actions that lands a joke, character and wardrobe holding across dozens of generations, and a performance that’s funny rather than just animated. Most of this film is us running into those walls and figuring out how to get around them.
