Claude Opus 5.5 Built a Full Haunted Ride in Code for Halloween!
My ListThis film is hosted on YouTube and plays in YouTube's own player. AI Theater does not host, alter or monetise it.
Sounds: Eleven Labs. The rest was made in Claude code. But Claude did ask to download some free textures and 3D props from Poly Haven. Note: My initial prompt produced a bad result. Claude had to do a complete rework. Its first result was very cartoonish. Here was the prompt (but i would not copy this) Prompt: Build a Halloween haunted dark ride in Three.js: a first-person, on-rails experience that feels like a real theme park attraction, not a generic spooky level. WHAT A DARK RIDE ACTUALLY IS (follow this closely): - The rider sits in a small 2-seat car on a hidden track. The camera is locked to the car with slight sway, bumps on track joints, and limited mouse-look (~60° each way). - The building is mostly PITCH BLACK. You never see walls, ceilings, or the full room. Only staged "show scenes" are lit, each a small vignette lit by tight spotlights, surrounded by black. - Show scenes are separated by black curtains, swinging doors, and tight turns, so each one is a reveal. - It is theatrical and handmade: painted plywood flats, forced-perspective backdrops, fiberglass monster figures with a slightly glossy, stiff look, fake cobwebs, rubber bats on wires. It should look built by a theme park crew, not realistic. - Signature effects: UV blacklight with fluorescent-painted props glowing neon green, orange, magenta, and cyan; strobe flashes; fog at floor level; pop-up scares that jolt forward when the car passes; animatronics with looping, slightly jerky motion. RIDE SEQUENCE (about 2.5 minutes): 1. Outdoor load station at night: orange string lights, a carved-pumpkin facade, a few NPC riders boarding the cars ahead of you, and a ride operator. The car rolls through doors into darkness. 2. Haunted parlor: a slow section with a dusty dining table, ghost figures (Pepper's ghost style: transparent and glowing), and portraits whose eyes follow you. 3. Blacklight graveyard: everything glows fluorescent, tombstones are painted flats, and skeleton animatronics pop out of graves. 4. Total darkness: a few seconds of near black, sounds only, and one strobe reveals a monster mannequin inches from the car. 5. Mad lab: green chemical glow, sparking Tesla coils, and a creature strapped to a table that lurches. 6. SPEED SECTION: the car accelerates hard through a twisting tunnel with flickering red lights, rushing past dozens of monster mannequins lining the walls, plus a short drop. 7. Mirror or spinning-tunnel room with colorful rotating lights. 8. Finale: a giant monster face over the exit doors, a last scare, then you roll back out into the station lights. The NPC riders in the cars ahead should be visible in silhouette sometimes, reacting by raising their arms on the fast part. ART AND TEXTURES: - Make procedural or canvas-generated textures for painted wood flats (visible brush strokes and edge wear), peeling wallpaper, stone, fabric curtains, and fluorescent paint. - Monster mannequins should be stylized and readable from a moving car: exaggerated silhouettes, bold colors, glowing eyes. - Use emissive materials and bloom for blacklight elements. Keep the global ambient light near zero. - Fog and volumetric-looking light cones from spotlights are essential. TECH: - Use a CatmullRom spline track with per-segment speed control and smooth acceleration. - Use a trigger system along the track for scares, animatronics, and lights. - Hold 60 FPS. Use instancing for repeated props and pool lights instead of adding hundreds. - Add spatial audio hooks per scene: creaks, screams, organ music, track clatter. QUALITY CHECK: Take screenshots at each scene and ask yourself whether it looks like a real theme park haunted ride or a random dark 3D room. If it is the latter, add more contrast, more theatrical lighting, and more handmade-prop character. (u can user our render service from past projects) Notes: Go for good quality, but try to keep it 60 fps+ on my 4070 computer u can use agents when convenient. Make sure the whole chain is entertaining and really cool for a youtube video. The ride sequence above is suggested by an AI, but its optionnal. we need to make sure the early part is captivating. my goal here is a bit of a mix of impressive work but kind of artistic, like to celerabte hallowen which is soon feel free to ask questions if needed
